Who We Are
DSPI was founded by industry veteran Simon Moshe on a simple premise: strip out the unnecessary layers of agents and middlemen standing between a manufacturer and a job site. Simon developed that model as Chief Estimator and Head of Purchasing at Interserv LP, where he helped take the firm from $10 million to $100 million in annual revenue. We bring that same vision and executional clarity to hotel owners, developers, designers, and general contractors working across hotel and real estate renovation projects, including rehab, conversion, and ground-up construction, worldwide.
